What is TUINA?
​Tuina (too-E nah) is Chinese medical massage. Using powerful acupoints along the spine and along the meridians this modality unlocks the power of Oriental Medicine.

What is Moxa?
Moxa is short for moxibustion - the burning of Mugwort (Artemisia vulgaris) on acupoints to encourage Qi and blood flow.

​What is electrical Stimulation?
​Electrical Stimulation - is the use of running electrical current from acupoint to acupoint via inserted needles.

What is cupping?
​Cupping is the application of negative pressure (suction) via glass or plastic "cups" to promote Qi flow and decrease blood stasis.
What is bleeding?
Bleeding is the act of making small holes in the skin and extracting stagnant blood to promote circulation and healing.
